I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "My Services" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.  These include swedish, deep tissue,and trigger point therapy, or a gentler reiki, cranio-sacral or geriatricas well as office chair massage.  Any and all of these can be therapeutic as well as relaxing!
